Forme de déficit en hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransférase (HPRT) caractérisée par une surproduction d'acide urique, un dysfonctionnement moteur grave, une déficience intellectuelle et des comportements d'automutilation (SIB pour self-injurious behaviour).
