Définition

Le syndrome de Jeune, ou dysplasie thoracique asphyxiante est une dysplasie à côtes courtes caractérisée par un thorax étroit, des membres courts et des anomalies squelettiques radiologiques avec aspect en " trident " du cotyle et anomalies métaphysaires.
