Polymicrogyrie unilatérale
Définition
Malformation corticale cérébrale caractérisée par un plissement cortical unilatéral excessif et une stratification corticale anormale. Elle comprend deux sous-types en fonction des zones touchées : polymicrogyrie unilatérale hémisphérique et polymicrogyrie focale.
