Le carcinome corticosurrénalien à hypersécrétion pure d'aldostérone est une forme très rare, curable chirurgicalement, d'hyperaldostéronisme primitif (HAP) dû à une tumeur surrénalienne maligne (ou corticosurrénalome) sécrétant de l'aldostérone.
