La dystrophie cornéenne granulaire type I (GCDI) est une forme rare de dystrophie cornéenne stromale caractérisée par de multiples petits dépôts sur le stroma cornéen central superficiel, et une détérioration progressive de la vision qui peut être grave dans certains cas.
