Définition

La cranio-ostéo-arthropathie (COA) est une forme rare d'ostéo-arthropathie hypertrophique primitive , caractérisée par un retard de fermeture des sutures crâniennes et des fontanelles, un hippocratisme digital, une arthropathie et une périostose.
